The school is addressed to doctoral candidates from the Balkan Region and from the Santander Group member universities. Only participants enrolled in the universities of the consortium are eligible.

Furthermore, only candidates who submit their complete application before the DEADLINE JULY 20, 2011 will be considered eligible.
