Post-graduate program : ‘’Biotechnology in Agriculture in a World of Global Environmental Changes’’
The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs offers a scholarship for the post-graduate program on: ‘’Biotechnology in Agriculture in a World of Global Environmental Changes’’ ,which will be held in Israel from February 6 – April 5, 2012.
The course is aimed at promoting the use of new biotechnological techniques in modern agricultural production.
Participants will be exposed to the following topics of study: principles in biotechnology, agriculture in a changing climate, from waste to value, agriculture under stress and plant protection.
The scholarship covers expenses for the stay in Israel, including course fees, accommodation and meals during the course. Flight tickets and travel expenses to and from Israel will be borne by the participants.
Attached hereto please find detailed information about the course and the qualifications requested. The candidate will have to fill out an application form and pass an interview at the Israeli Embassy.
